Lindsey has successfully graduated with her master’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles, where she completed at least 600 hours in a clinical practicum that focused on diagnostic, prevention, and treatment services.

Lindsey has been approved by the state board to engage in supervised clinical experience toward the 3,000 hours that are required for her to be eligible to take the board exam.

Hello, I’m Lindsey! I’m an Associate Therapist with a Master’s in Social Work and a deep commitment to supporting women, particularly during the phases of motherhood from ante- to postpartum. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and rooted in compassion and respect, staying mindful that each client’s experience is unique.

I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strength-based practices to help women manage emotional transitions, work through anxiety, and reconnect with themselves. My goal is to help clients build balance, self-compassion, and confidence as they move through life’s changes.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years as a nationally certified American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter. That work deeply shaped my appreciation for authentic communication, connection, and cultural sensitivity—values I carry into every session. I am a sign-fluent clinician and can provide therapeutic services in ASL directly, without the need of an ASL interpreter.

I’m dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported in their healing and growth.
