Supporting clients in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.

The process to become a board approved licensed therapist takes years to complete!

Molly has successfully graduated with her master’s degree from Arizona State University, where she completed at least 600 hours in a clinical practicum that focused on diagnostic, prevention, and treatment services.

Currently, Mollly has been approved by the state board to engage in supervised clinical experience toward the 3,000 hours that are required for her to be eligible to take the board exam in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Currently, Molly is supervised by Sarah McNichols, LCSW-C, LCSW, LICSW.

Today, we are supposed to embrace the hustle.  Adding more to our day-to-day signifies success and perseverance.  Juggling another activity each week indicates we must be good at managing it all.  From the outside, we GOT THIS! But, what about on the inside?  Overwhelmed? Anxious? Exhausted from life and wondering how you will handle it all, again this week? Let us support you with reigning in the daily grind while restoring calm into your routine.  Let us help you normalize restorative self-care and focus on what is most important.

Hi! My name is Molly and as a military spouse, mother of two busy teenagers, and a social worker, I have spent years juggling multiple schedules, overcommitting and having to learn (and relearn!) how to slow down and say, “Help.”  I am passionate about supporting women as they curate a life that is both beautiful and manageable by helping women recognize the signs of stress, anxiety and depression while collaborating on a plan to balance mom-wife-work life. I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey.

I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Tricare.
