Stephanie Wright, MSW is a social work supervisee at Postpartum Wellness, working under the clinical supervision of Sarah McNichols, LCSW-C, LICSW, LCSW.
A lifelong advocate for women, Stephanie has built her entire career around one core conviction: that no woman should have to navigate life's hardest moments alone. Before beginning her clinical journey, she spent 13 years as Co-Founder and Executive Director of Together We Bake, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women facing significant life barriers. This experience deepened her conviction that every woman deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental support when life feels hardest.
Stephanie is passionate about walking alongside mothers through one of the most profound journeys of their lives. She holds a deep, personal belief that mothers deserve to feel celebrated, uplifted, and held, especially when the journey feels overwhelming. Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness but one of the bravest and most loving things a woman can do for herself and her family.
In her work with clients, Stephanie draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She is committed to creating a warm, safe, and completely judgment-free space where women can show up exactly as they are, without pretense, without shame, and without having to hold it all together. She partners with clients collaboratively, working alongside them to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of empowerment through every stage of the motherhood journey.
As a mother of three adult children, Stephanie brings both personal and professional understanding of the beautiful, complex, transformative experience that motherhood truly is. She is deeply excited to begin this clinical chapter and looks forward to supporting the women who trust her with their stories.
